Solar Cell Production Line
Cleaning &Texturing: Wafers undergo a meticulous cleaning process using industrial soaps to form square-based pyramids, also known as texture. This texturization significantly reduces sunlight reflection, enhancing efficiency.

Diffusion: Pre-doped with boron during casting, the wafers are then given a negative (n-type) surface characteristic through high-temperature diffusion with a phosphorus source. This process creates the essential negative/positive (n-p) junction.

Etching : During phosphorus diffusion, unwanted PN junctions may form on the wafer sides and opposite surface, creating shunt paths between the cell front and rear. These paths are removed through etching, isolating the edge/junction effectively.

PECVD : Using PECVD equipment, wafers receive an anti-reflection coating (ARC) of blue silicon nitride film, which minimizes reflection and maximizes light absorption.

Printing & Heating: Electrodes on silicon solar cells are printed using advanced screen technology, ensuring an optimal ohmic contact.

Testing & Sorting: Cells are classified based on their efficiency, tested rigorously under simulated sunlight conditions.
