Cleaning &Texturing: Wafers undergo thorough cleaning with industrial-grade soaps to remove contaminants. Subsequently, they form square-based pyramids in a process called texturing, which minimizes sunlight reflection and maximizes absorption.

Diffusion: Pre-doped wafers with boron during casting are given a negative (n-type) surface characteristic by introducing phosphorus at elevated temperatures. This crucial step creates the essential negative/positive (n-p) junction.

Etching : During diffusion, phosphorus penetrates the desired wafer surface as well as the sides and undersides, forming PN junctions that could cause shunt paths. Etching removes these shunt paths around the wafer edge, ensuring optimal isolation and efficiency.

PECVD : Using PECVD equipment, wafers receive an anti-reflection coating (ARC) made from silicon nitride. This blue film significantly reduces light reflection while promoting superior light absorption.

Printing & Heating: Utilizing screen technology, electrodes are printed onto silicon solar wafers to form robust ohmic contacts, ensuring efficient electrical conductivity.

Testing & Sorting: Cells are meticulously classified based on their efficiency levels, tested under simulated sunlight conditions, ensuring only top-quality cells are delivered.
