Solar Cell Production Line
Cleaning &Texturing: Wafers are meticulously cleaned using industrial-grade soaps and then shaped into square-based pyramids, commonly known as textures. This process significantly reduces the reflection of sunlight, enhancing the cell's efficiency.

Diffusion: Wafers pre-doped with boron during the casting process undergo a transformation to acquire a negative (n-type) surface characteristic. This is achieved by high-temperature diffusion with a phosphorus source, forming the crucial negative/positive (n-p) junction.

Etching : The phosphorus diffusion affects not only the desired wafer surface but also the sides and the opposite surface, creating unwanted PN junctions. To eliminate these shunt paths between the cell's front and rear, edge junction isolation via etching is performed.

PECVD : Utilizing PECVD equipment, wafers are coated with an anti-reflection coating (ARC). This blue silicon nitride film minimizes reflection and enhances light absorption, optimizing the cell's performance.

Printing & Heating: Screen printing technology is employed to apply the electrode paste onto silicon solar cells, ensuring a robust ohmic contact through precise printing and heating processes.

Testing & Sorting: Cells are classified according to their efficiency, tested under simulated sunlight conditions, ensuring only the best-performing cells are selected for further use.
